Our very own Dr. Laura David, TAO Board of Trustees President has been awarded the Manuel L Quezon Gawad Parangal Award, the highest award given by the Quezon City government. This was given last October 2023. The award is given to QC citizens and institutions for their outstanding achievements, contribution to community, and exemplary service to people. Dr. Laura David is currently the Director of the UP Marine Science Institute.
