TAO is now an accredited CPD Provider

TAO-Pilipinas has recently been accredited by the Professional Regulatory Commission to be a CPD Provider for both Architecture (CPD Provider Accreditation No. 2018-054) and Environmental Planning (CPD Provider Accreditation No. 2018-006). For its first CPD Seminar, it will be holding the TAO Lecture Series: Sustainable Development in a Humanitarian Context on November 24, 2018. This CPD Seminar is for Environmental Planners with CPD Program Accreditation No. 2018-006-054. The CPD Seminar will be held in RDEC Training Room, Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City from 8:00am – 5:00pm. 5.5 CPD points will given for this seminar.

The Young Professionals (YP) Workshop on Social Housing is a capability-building program of TAO-Pilipinas, Inc. that orients technical design professionals on social housing and cross-cutting issues in human settlements development especially among the poor. Through this program, young architects, engineers and planners are trained to be more socially aware of the shelter conditions of the underserved sectors. The workshop activities serve as a venue for learning and practice, as it gives the opportunity for participants to directly engage and provide technical assistance to poor communities with shelter needs.
